The stage will be the vast Universe of Mostly Scholarly Literature and the play will consist of seemingly incoherent observations. The writer scribbles notes on one side of pieces of paper, as memory aids, leaving room to connect the dots later on, if at all. Coherence may emerge, but only accidentally. The writer, in this particular case, is Edwin Henneken, who works at the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory for the Smithsonian/NASA Astrophysics Data System.
